On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for an Information Coordinator in technology for Stockholm. The assignment is approximately 15-25% and is expected to start on 2026-01-22 and run until 2026-12-31 with the possibility of extension.

About the assignment

Project for new production information coordinator (BIM) for the design group to coordinate the data environment.

The Information Coordinator will be responsible for:

• Acting as support for information reviewers/managers at the client.

• Managing deviations related to requirements.

• Controlling compliance with requirements in relation to delivery and property requirements as well as design schedule.

• Administering the common data environment.

• Compiling coordination models.

• Preparing, calling for, and directing the work with the project information model and documenting coordination and information coordination meetings.

• Ensuring that project common supplementary files are produced by the appropriate discipline.

• Supporting project members and project management in matters concerning the project information model and common project data environment.

• Compiling, quality assuring, and handing over the project information model and project documentation to management.

• Documenting issues and agreements related to the project information model in relevant channels and cases in the common project data environment.

The future need may exceed or fall short of the quantity indicated here. Work will be performed in Stockholm physically on-site at joint design meetings once a week and in between at your own office.

About you We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:

• 2 years of documented experience in information coordination (BIM).
